What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioners' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
None of our services require a doctor's referral.
Do you direct bill?
We direct bill to most insurance providers. Please bring your insurance information with you and our front end staff and help set you up. Also ensure you know what your plan covers as some plans only cover a percentage of each appointment or capped at an amount per visit.
We are only able to direct bill to the service offering to which the practitioner is licensed as. For example, if you are seeing our Naturopathic Doctor, we can only direct bill to your naturopathic benefits. Even though they may administer acupuncture, we can only direct bill to what they are licensed as.
Do you take SGI and WCB claims?
Yes, we can take on SGI and WCB claims.

Do you have free parking?
Broadway: There is free customer parking located in front of Revamp Hair Company on 11th Street and Broadway Avenue.
Riversdale: There is free parking on 21st Street but no designated free customer parking.
Do you have a wait list?
You can call our clinic at 306-665-9773 or add yourself to the waitlist on our online booking site. Go to the bottom of the booking site, click on the practitioner you wish to be on the wait list for and click on "Add yourself to wait list".
Do you offer virtual appointments?
We can do virtual appointments for our dietitian, psychology, naturopathic, chiropractic, and physiotherapy services for consultations.
