Social workers are regulated health professionals who work with individuals, families, groups and communities to improve individual and collective well-being.
Our social workers can help individuals, couples, and families. They have a wide range of experience dealing with PTSD, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, substance use/addiction issues, suicidal ideation, and chronic mental health concerns.

I have extensive experience working with young people and their families and supporting people with a variety of concerns. I believe relationships impact how we see ourselves, each other, and the world around us; therefore, I think sometimes the biggest impact in therapy can come from working relationally with others. I’d be happy to support you in experiencing positive changes in your life and will tailor my approach to what you feel would be most helpful to get you where you want to be. With plenty of experience dealing with PTSD, grief/loss, and family work, I am here to support you through whatever changes your are dealing with right now.
I’m trained in a number of evidence-based treatments, including Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.

I believe everyone has the capacity to make changes in their life within supportive and trusting relationships. I have learned that meeting people where they are is how to best serve their therapeutic needs and goals, and I am dedicated to working collaboratively to meet those goals. My approach is primarily influenced by strengths-based, narrative and somatic-based therapies. I am particularly passionate about the mind-body connection, helping clients have a greater awareness of how to regulate their nervous system and identify the way their thought patterns affect their mind and body.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, substance use/addiction issues, suicidal ideation, chronic mental health concerns, and PTSD/trauma and incorporate the following modalities into my practice: Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Somatic Experiencing.
Recently, I have become intensely interested in sleep related issues such as insomnia and have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). I am passionate about helping those improve their quality and quantity of sleep by using a targeted approach to sleep related problems.
Whatever your goals are, I am committed to working alongside you on your journey towards growth and healing.
